ISSUE

Neglected Tropical Diseases

OBJECTIVE

I was hired by Sabin Vaccine Institute and the Global Network for Neglected Tropical Diseases to help create and launch a global campaign. The aim is to raise awareness and funds to pay for the distribution of drugs donated by the pharmaceuticals that could eliminate all seven NTDs in just a few years. 

SOLUTION

Working with Wundermans then Creative Director, David Harris, we conceived a global awareness and fund-raising campaign called END7 with the strapline: ‘Together we can see the end’. We produced two films namely an animation, which simplified our ambition and a celebrity-based film (How to Shock a Celebrity) capturing celebrities reacting to witnessing the awfulness of these diseases.
